Musty room

The room was so musty and humid. The fan in the bathroom also did not work and buzzed every time the light was turned on. The Woodlands hotels were full so I could not move. Would never recommend this hotel for anyone. Truly one of my first hotel stays ever.

Pros: Clean, indoor pool, quiet. Close to Cynthia Woods Pavilion.
Cons: Breakfast was not good. Food was cold and choices poor.
Location: Plenty of restaurants, shopping and close to Cynthia Woods Pavilion for concerts.
We reserved a king size bed. When we checked in they gave us 2 queens without letting us know until we got to the room and discovered it. They told us they had to switch some guests around due to high bookings & room maintenance. I feel they should have let me know ahead of time and certainly when we checked in. I made the reservations several months in advance of our stay. Also, toilet seat would not stay up. Very hard for a man to use the restroom.

Sorry for any inconvenience, we try to locate our guests, but sometimes we do not have the guest information on the reservation sent to us, we have many FEMA guests that have been extending their stay, due to not having a home yet, which has made all our area move guest to other type of rooms, or not have rooms available at all, we appreciate your comments and we will comment all concerns to our staff team in charge. great hotel

we loved it except for it being by I 45 and hearing the traffic at night. made it hard to sleep.

Fantastic stay

It was great. The staff was very friendly and for fun they had a whiteboard with an encouraging note and interesting fact each day.

Needs a proper water and mold mitagation!

Hotel has mold in rooms on walls etc. We didn't even stay they night and when we left the girl at the front said we were not the only people leaving.
