Staff- top notch. Brandon at Front Desk went out of his way to help us. Everyone so friendly and service oriented. Rooms are modern and beautiful. Great amenities. The bed-- one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Rooms are quiet despite being in Times Square. Roof top bar- incredible.
The close proximity to Times Square may have you thinking that this hotel could be subject to the noise and aggravation that typically unfolds in this area. However, the hotel is neatly tucked down a side street and experiences very little (if any) disturbance. In addition, the location is perfect ...
Renovated room, luxurious bathroom with rainfall shower head, extremely comfortable bed, lots of room, attentive staff, and a breathtaking view. Wonderful night in the city at the heart of Times Square!
Couldn't ask for a better hotel, stunning rooms, attentive and friendly staff. We got a free room upgrade and we're made to feel very special as was everyone who stays at the chatwal.
The Marriott Marquis s could not be in a better location. It is clean and has every facility available. Additionally it is possible to book anything, shows, trips, excursions etc, it even has its own theatre. All the staff are there to serve the guests and they do it very well.
Most of rooms are close to high speed elevaters, feels like subways passing by every 20 to 30 seconds, room carpet is dirtier than hallway, hotel decoration is pretty cool, really fancy lobby, staffs are nice.
The location was extremely convenient, within walking distance of Times Square, Broadway, and a number of subway stations. The hotel lobby was very clean and fancy and the staff were all helpful and nice. They also had security measures to ensure the safety of the guests. However, the rooms were very ...
We really like the Hotel Edison - a real New York hotel with a traditional New York feel. Not ultra-luxury, but great location and great value. When we stayed here five years ago, there was a diner off the main lobby, which was perfect for breakfast. Sadly, it's gone, replaced by a 24-hour deli, ...
Great price and location for our stay to watch the Macy's parade on Thanksgiving and see New York city. Staff was very helpful. We brought our luggage early and took a tour of the city, then checked in at 4pm. Only one room was ready and we booked two, but that was fine. Wasn't too long until other ...
Room is basic with coffee maker and no fridge, however, good ac unit.Hotel has a small breakfast bar and that is about it.Staff was pleasant and helpful-even waived the internet fee as their is a charge for Wifi of $15 per day (even in lobby area) Also accommodating to get us in rooms near each other ...
Great location if you are going to spend time in time square or Rockefeller center. Hotel is nothing fancy but was clean and staff was good. Got up late the day we checked out and they gave us an extra hour no problem. Not a fancy place but for cost and location it was definitely a value.
Brilliant stay at a landmark nyc hotel. Christian who booked us in made the trip. Thank young man. Managers take note, he's a proper gent.
Rooms are reminiscent of hotel rooms in Europe...small but everything is there. Hotel staff were very good and quite professional. Provided us with an umbrella the day it rained. About half a block to Times Square it is less expensive than others around so you should not expect luxury for the price ...
The Mayfair couldn't have been in a better location for the price, the room was clean and a decent size. Overall it was a good stay but here are my nit picks:- There are no basic amenities that you would expect in a hotel room, eg. Bar fridge, kettle, tea coffee- The rooms were very hot, when we ...
