We loved the room and location of the hotel. Our room was large enough to accommodate our children on a sofa bed--a rare commodity in the Union Square area, in my experience. The fire alarm was set off by a power surge one night, which was inconvenient but not really a flaw in the hotel itself. They ...

Hotel Rex is in a perfect location to explore the city. The staff are helpful and the atmosphere is very relaxed with a lovely bar area playing jazz music. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely confortable, the bathroom was tired but ok. Overall we had a really lovely time here and would ...
Great location to everything, we could walk to everything. Staff were very helpful with local knowledge and directions. Would definitely stay there again, loved it.
I was pleased with the room, staff was nice. It was a bit warm, as the thermostat only goes to 65. Nearby bars and restaurants were fun and it was easy to get to. Parking at the hotel ran us $60 for a night, so that's a bit steep.

Nice hotel, beautiful rooms, great service but really diasapointing they actually expect you to pay $15/day for wi-fi. Wouldn't expect this kind of nickle & dimming from a world class hotel, this should be a no-brainer included in the price of the room.
Only stayed one night. Made sure we were on a high floor due to noise level from the street. Parking😩. We were told $62 we were charged $99. When we questioned first it was what the city charged when asked about the facility charge of $25 they said that’s what their charge was and the rest was the ...
