Comfy beds

Room, staffing was great

Pros: rooms, breakfast was ok, staff was great
Cons: make sure everything works
Room, staffing was great, but pool, spa, gym was not accessible. pool was broken with bugs everywhere, and dirty...hot tub was not up to tem and jets did not even work

Hotel staff unfriendly, pool area filthy, room filthy. Will not stay at Quality Inn again. Totally disappointed!

Recently updated room, clean & comfortable.

Room has been recently updated and was very clean and comfortable. They are obviously working to fix some of the problems reported in earlier reviews. The mattresses and box springs had new bedbug-proof zippered covers. Only issue was very loud A/C compressor outside window but it stopped by 11PM. I reported to manager next morning and he said they would take care of it.

Old and over-priced

Old hotel not up to usual Quality Inn standards. Our room had no hot water, had to move to a different room. Beds were reasonably comfortable and bathroom was OK. This hotel is about a $75 value. Way overpriced at the $115 I paid. Thermopolis in general is old and run down. It's a shame, since it sits in such a gorgeous river valley.

I am sorry that you were disappointed with your accommodations and that we had to move you to a different. room. I hope you did enjoy what Thermopolis has to offer in the Wyoming Dinosaur Center and Hot Springs Sate Park,s world famous mineral water and our excellent restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay

The Quality Inn in Thermopolis, WY was very clean and quiet. The staff was accommodating and friendly (especially Vonna). We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Terrible dissappontment

It is truly filthy. It needs a good scrubbing. I will not stay again. It used to be better, maybe new management
