Really homely, we left a bag with our satnav and other bits at reception. They found out it was ours and returned it to us. They were courteous and professional and the hotel is right in the centre. Parking is in a car park around the corner - you take a ticket, even overnight, and pay when you leave (we paid just €4. Overall a very good experience. would definitely go back there.

Thé room was clean and spacious with a remodeled bathroom- this small hotel is well located in the pedestrian zone.

Decent hotel for the price
The hotel itself was fair. The room was a bit tired but the bathroom was upgraded and was reasonable. The staff were very polite and helpful and spoke reasonable English. They provided a complimentary iron and ironing board. The room lacked a fridge or coffee making facilities. Breakfast was fair.

Nice Hotel in Old Town
The Hotel is nicely modernised in an old building located in the pedestrianised area of the old town. Parking is 100--200 metres away in city parks which can be busy. Hotel is clean and good value and staff very helpful.Clean, good value and pleasant staff.

A hotel in the city center. The girl at reception was very pleasant and friendly. room was comfortable. The old building requires upgrading though, at least addition of bright lights in the corridors.

Citotel Des Oliviers Hotel, Thionville France
Travelling through to Geneva and was a good convenient location of the main A31 to stop for a night. The hotel is in the pedestianised city centre and the nearest public parking is 10 to 15 minutes walk away, although it was free on Saturday night when we stayed at the hotel. There are lots of bars and food restaurants around the city centre, which is very pleasant.

Great value and option for exploring area
This hotel was a great base for 4 nights. We explored Thionville and did day trips to Luxembourg and Bastogne from here. The reception host was very helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. 5 stars and great value.

Excellent value and great room(s)
We stayed one night in a room with two separate bedrooms. Both rooms had a separate TV and what was especially nice - two fans, as it was relatively hot. Beds were comfortable and place was quite clean. It is located in the downtown walking mall area and so one needs to park in a public area but there was no charge for the evening hours.

Definately 3 Star Hotel
Hard to find with our GPS but it was a great location in the center of town with a parking lot under a shopping mall nearby. Staff helpful with carrying some of our luggage up two flight of stairs. Small breakfast area but adequate. Daytime desk clerk thanked me for being an American (D-Day Celebration on TV in breakfast area). Rooms very clean.

Convenient for town centre and restaurants
First negative - didn't take breakfast at the hotel, too pricey. Found a cafe one minute away at a third the price. Rest of stay, positive, even though unfortunately the outside of the hotel does not make a good first impression. Once inside, it is a pleasant enough place to stay. Right on a main pedestrian street, so if, like us, you sleep with the window open (no air-con here) then you will be awoken by the sounds of the city, e.g. late-night revellers, dogs barking, and the streets being cleaned at 6am. However that is hardly the hotel's fault! Another plus point - arrive after 6pm and parking is free in the local square until 9am the next day.

A good night's sleep!
Conveniently situated for me (I was travelling from the station each day). Bed very comfortable, and the room was quiet (it did not face out to the front of the hotel, though). Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities, but I think that's just a British thing!

lamentable ne mérite pas faire ce métier
Le patron n'a pas souhaité nous accueillir car nous lui avons dit que son hotel était très difficile à trouver. Il est monté sur ses grands chevaux et nous a dit que nous pouvions annuler . Il a appelé sa femme en lui criant : je ne m'occupe pas de ces gens là. Nous sommes partis et avons du refaire des kms vers Lonwy pour trouver un hotel. Nous sommes habitués des logis, c'est la première fois en 20 ans que nous voyons cela. Durant notre séjour nous avons séjourné dans d'autres logis, et nous avons un tel bon accueil, que nous espèrons que cet établissement est une exeption.

Cher Monsieur,Nous avons rarement dû faire face à une telle agressivité verbale lors de l'arrivée d'un client, d'autant que nous avions donné à votre épouse les informations nécessaires pour parcourir les 150 mètres qui nous séparent du parking Turenne.Tout cela nous semble complètement démesuré.En aucune manière, nous ne pouvons accepter que le Réceptionniste soit traité de la sorte alors même que nous n'avions pas encore commencé à faire notre travail.Tout cela est bien navrant.La Direction

Fijn en goedkoop hotel met zeer gastvrije eigenaar(s). Goede, brandschone kamer met grote ramen die open kunnen en een uitstekend bed. Prima ontbijt, lekkere koffie! Hotel ligt in centrum van het stadje met volop restaurants en terrasjes. Parkeren op openbare P-plaats met toezicht, gratis van za 17 tot ma 09 uur. In een mum van tijd zit je weer op de A31.

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen. Det ligger på en gågade, der er en parkeringsplads lidt der fra. Der var en rigtig lækker morgenmad og vi spiste udenfor i en skøn lille gård. Der var ikke aircondition. Værten var rigtig sød og imødekommende.

Hôtel en centre ville mais au calme dans une rue piétonne. Situé à quelques minutes de la gare SNCF par la nouvelle passerelle. Murs pas très épais. Accueil sympathique. Bon rapport qualité prix. je recommande.

Die Bilder sehen besser aus, als der eigentliche Zustand ist. Es ist alt und verwohnt. Das Bett ist OK, das Bad sanierungsbedürftig. Die Badewanne ist nicht dicht und aus dem Waschbecken läuft das Wasser nicht ab [Zimmer 31]. 3 Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Das Frühstück war für 8,50 angemessen.
