So close to being a good hotel...

The room was lovely at first glance. Then I went to make coffee and found the pot full of mold and old coffee packet. Next day, room cleaned but no towels left. Then we discovered the phone didn't work when we really needed it. Next day, room cleaned but no toiletries left. The breakfast was a sad spread with stale pastries and a waffle maker. Just not worth it, really. Staff was friendly, though, and it was a convenient location.

The room was small, but we were just staying overnight. The pool was warm and inviting, and the towels were big enough to dry off and stay warm. I was disappointed in the breakfast, it was continental not a full breakfast, as I was expecting.The weight machine was out of order the night we stayed. It was located near many restaurants and shopping.

Room need a little update. My next trip I will come back. Nice hotel. Clean great Service. Let all staff they were great. My next Places will be this hotel. Great Job.

Good stay

The overall stay was good. Nice hotel.and very quiet. My only negative mark would be they need to purchase a reserve quantity of towels...as when they got a large party staying at the hotel they did not have enough to go around. They could also stand to put a couple more coffee packets in the room. The staff is courteous and welcoming.

Nice rooms

Pros: Everything except the WIFI
Cons: The WIFI needs HUGE improvement!
Was very pleased! I would definitely book rooms with this hotel again

Awful check in process. Clerk was NOT friendly. Bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were overstuffed with foam and smelled funny. Woke up with a major pain in my neck. Told the hotel staff and didn't even receive an apology. Had very noisy neighbors until 3am and hotel staff didn't do anything about it. Would not recommend in the slightest.

Spend the extra $30.00 and get a better room

The room still had trash from the last quest, Both nights housekeeping did not provide wash clothes and only 1 towel each day. I had to go to the office to ask for what should have already been there.The room walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room.

Very loud. Room was not properly supplied. (only decaf coffee, no condiment packet, only 1 cup, etc).

Hotel gave me handicapped room, which was bad.

Room had worn carpet, dirty shower and sink. Expedia messed up my dates when Iset up booking, then fixed the dates and rate, but could not give me an email, text, or fax confirmation until after I'd checked out of the hotel. Both hotel roo and Expedia experience were HORRIBLE.

Good hotel -- usually.

For some reason, I ended up in a handicap room. I am not physically handicapped -- mentally...who knows. Having that super-large bathroom was kind of weird and that high toilet - that was a plus - but I really would've preferred a regular room. No, I didn't complain, but should have, I guess. Especially after trying to take a shower with the detachable showerhead & water controls that were way off to the right side of the tub.
