Comfortable room, clean room. Pleasant eating area

Easy check in. Staff nice but not overly welcoming like providing information about breakfast hours or offering coffee etc. I had to find thsee advertised amenities on my own. Comfortable bed but I was placed in a room right in front with cars in and out all night.

Relax after busy day, shop, and dine. Quiet room,light breakfast in morning.

Pros: all good.
Cons: more of hem in area.
Location: mall and eating places
everything was very well done from check in to check out by staff and the stay was very good. I will always use I again and again.

Cons: Public relations.
Location: It is in a good location by the mall.
We preferred the first floor but were initially given a room on the second floor. The room was sprayed with a very toxic cologne causing us to relocate to another room and moving all of our belongings. My husband has asthma and reacts to any toxic sprays. We accidentally spilled coffee on the way out. No one apologized for the inconvenience that moving to another room had caused us and the staff management owners ridiculed us in the lobby because of the spillage which was such an embarrassment to us and so very unprofessional. The management even carried the linens with spillage through the lobby as though they never did laundry in their life. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very courteous however.

Hotel to stay on our way to Florida

Hotel was very tired. As soon as we got into our room, there was a rancid smell. I think it was a product they used to clean the carpet. We left and went to a different hotel! When I told the gentleman at the desk he was happy to refund our money.

Pros: Easy access to interstate when on a road trip
Cons: Cleanliness and upkeep around the edges...
The hotel's seen better days in terms of upkeep, amenities and cleanliness . It's a bit 'rough around the edges'.

Pros: asked for certain things and they did just as I asked. nicely located, prices was good.
Cons: nohing I could see
Location: located at mall, shopping and eating made easy
all was very good, staff and all workers was very professional.
