Clean, safe and friendly staff.

Location: Stroll through downtown Thomasville.
They are doing some cosmetic improvements to the hotel. I found it to be very safe and clean. Spacious room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

Very friendly staff

Pros: I most liked the friendliness of the desk staff. Everyone except for 1 person greeted me as soon as I walked through the door asking how I was doing.
Cons: Nothing improved but maybe consider having a small lunch and/or dinner menu.
Location: The location was great for my trip. I was there visiting a family about 15 miles from the hotel so it was perfect for my stay.
I must brag about the service of the staff. They were all friendly and spoke with me asking how I was doing except for one person. They offered any assistance I would have needed. Also, the room was clean and the atmosphere of the hotel was quiet my whole stay. Very nice facilities.

Pros: Convenience.
Cons: Cable TV upgrade. Remodel bathroom. Some 21st century carpet.
Location: Don't know too much as I was not on a pleasure trip
Overall it was good. The room was clean. Bathroom needed some repair. Cracked vanity. Hole by tub behind door. TV Cable reception was extremely poor on lower 20 of the stations. But other than that was extremely comfortable. Though the breakfast was good, fresh eggs and sausage would have been better than the frozen selections from the Walmart Freezer section. Over all was good but not worth the price. If I am in Thomasville ever again, I would choose the comfort inn!

Cons: house keeping!
Cut light on in room & was greeted by roaches. guest in next room were fighting and the wall were so thin you could hear them when they were just talking. bath room were not clean. Plus! the manager did move us to better rooms.

Location: Walmart and fast food close by
The only con of staying at the hotel was when I arrived at the hotel after working nightshift there was not a room available after I had reserved my room a few days prior. I even called in advance to make sure it would be possible for an early check in. Once a room come available the lady at the front desk called the housekeeping lady at her home to come clean. I truly appreciated the friendliness of the staff and housekeeper!! I will be staying there every time I'm working in Pine Hill, Alabama.

The televisions in the rooms are outdated and my remote worked most of the time, but not all the time. The comforters on both of the beds were stained. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I was disappointed in breakfast. My first morning I got down there early and everything was stocked. The next two mornings I was told they were out of the eggs. Overall it was a decent room for the cost.
