Doesn't meet our expectation

Not smooth check-in. We stayed here 3 times before and this is first time we experienced this bad attitude from check-in staff. Room doesn't meet our standard as compared to the previous 3 times that we had stayed. The staff also mentioned that she will assign us the smallest room, the room that we were assigned to was no up to standard as compared to the previous time we stayed. Room is not soundproof at all and loud noises can be heard from the area around the room. Moreover, disappointed about housekeeping as well, no toothbrush and toothpaste, we also had trouble locking the door initially as the door and the lock were not aligned properly.

I arrived early and requested for an early checkin. The staff were quick to change the room type if an early check in was to be given. Rooms were old and noisy. Most amenities were unavailable as they were being renovated such as the gym and pool. There was no alternative arrangement for such amenities

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Singapore! The shower faucet was not functioning properly. When we called maintenance to complain, they sent someone up to the room. The man gave us a very annoyed look (like we are being a very difficult guest). He rudely told my partner the faucet needs to use force to turn. First of all, this is a hotel room and not our own home. We paid for the room and expect everything to be of proper working conditions. We do not need to tolerate the silly idiosyncrasies of the room's finishing! The maintenance staff has no rights to show us his attitude when we were nothing but polite to them! Conclusion: the name of the hotel is a sham and an irony. Quality Hotel but no quality at all!!
