"The Novello B&B was ideal for my solo photography trip. The room was perfect, with lots of plug sockets for my camera batteries, etc., and the price was great. Its proximity to the centre of the town and a Wetherspoons made it convenient, especially on rainy days. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

"Five star service from start to finish. Lukas and Andrea contacted us on the day to ask our time of arrival and we’re waiting as we arrived. We had a family room which was actually 2 connecting rooms. One with a double bed and one with triple bunks. The double mattress was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was absolutely spotless. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with proper mugs (not tiny cups) which was a bonus. The cooked breakfast was delicious...

"Lovely stay at a very friendly hotel. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and the hotel owners Paul and Scarlet could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We did not book breakfast but it was there for us each day if we wanted it. Paul recommended other bars for us to attend and helped reassure us about one we weren't sure about. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Dragon Fly and will certainly return "

"The hotel is quirky and is well decorated plus in a great location, however the issue of cleaning standards, no soft closing doors to prevent constant banging and a lack of staff presence after 10pm which resulted in absolutely no sleep due to other guests being antisocial has ruined the stay at this property"

"The property was run by a youg lady who tried her best but she is not an electricion or a plumber as the electric in our room went off as did the heating . The poor girl didnt know what to do and we felt sorry for her. There was also a young lad living there who had his bike in what was the lounge repairing a puncture .i dont think I'll be staying there again"

"Mark and Kerry are great hosts! they really go above and beyond to accommodate the guests. I am a vegetarian and Kerry offered to get vegetarian sausages for me for breakfast. I rated it excellent in all aspects because I find that you get a fair content for the price you pay. The hotel is small and quite dated, but clean and well located. It is fairly priced for what you get. The location is walking distance to Wintergardens (center), shopping centers, pubs, restaurants, coach station for...

"The staff were great. Had a really good salad. Nice pub and restaurant area But, the room needed a good paint. Shower needs the mould cleaned off to and the worst part was the mattress Thankfully i got an extra duvet to use as a "topper" to try and get a few hours sleep in"
