Oldest, Smallest Hampton I’ve ever stayed in

Posted Oct 28, 2017
Small rooms, lobby tiny. Seems to be clean, but just felt cramped

Average Hotel, older than most Hampton Inns

Posted Oct 10, 2017
Nothing wrong with this hotel, but nothing exceptional either. Has all the basic amenities that you find at most Hampton Inns, but it seems a bit older, with a small lobby/breakfast area. Location was key in my decision to stay here.

NOISY!!

Posted Sep 10, 2017
For what ever reason, Expedia (according to Hampton staff) put me in the handicap room, which I didn't need. I only needed a single bed. I saw no reason to take a room with 2 beds. The handicap room was across from the pool, which was noisy until 11 pm, the laundry was beside the pool, making my door and the laundry entrance about 8-10 feet apart, which was noisy. And at 4:30 every morning, a noisy cart of some sort was being moved around near my door . I'm guessing it was from the kitchen, since breakfast was served at 6 am. My room was the first in the hallway from the breakfast room and check-in desk. I asked, as soon as I saw the room, if they would change rooms. I was told by Hampton staff there weren't any available. I asked the next day, and was told by another Hampton staff that they couldn't do anything form me, that their hands were tied since I booked through Expedia. I call Expedia, they called the Hampton, and I was told told that Hampton could change my room for a $50 fee. I have never had to pay a fee to move rooms before in my life. Except for the good breakfast and clean room, this was a completely unpleasant experience. I won't stay at this hotel again and I will never book through a 3rd party again.

It was a good trip to see our son married. We weren't in the hotel long and didn't use many of it's amenities but it was nice.

Repairs needed

Posted Sep 4, 2017
Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: Repairs of facility
Location: Good location near freeway, shopping and dinning.
The toilet seat was not attached and the toilet ran all night. This facility needs some upgrades and repairs. Some TLC would be helpful.

Nice and clean hotel close to my children.

Posted Sep 2, 2017 on Orbitz
Pros: Clean and convenient to visiting my children.
Had a quiet room in the back with a nice westerly view of the mountains.
