The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that very much. The facilities were another story. First impressions are important--the front door to the lobby was partially our of order Our room did not have a smoke detector--just the socket where it should be. The tops of the edging titles in the bathroom were dirty, with small debris along the edges and corner or the bathroom. There was no bar soap in the bathroom, and only one plastic cup with the ice bowl. I had a do-not-disturb sign on the door until we left the first morning around 9:10 but took it off when we departed for the day. When we arrived in the evening, our room had been untouched. Also, no Bible in the room, and the front-desk attendant said they are not placed in the rooms. Motel rooms are not complete without Bibles.I did like the carpet in the stairwells, and we used the stairwells frequently. Overall the quietness was good, and the air conditioning worked great. The beds were quite comfortable.Thanks for allowing me to point out some items that need serious attention.

The staff is very friendly and very cooperative, the price was right at $101 with a continental breakfast for two.
There are a few things that could be improved at a little or no cost in room #312:
1. The table molding should be glued in
2. The only chair in the room was rather rickety
3. One bedsheet had a rather shredded edge
4. The was only one large towel and two small ones for two guests
5. No shampoo or hair dryer in the room
6. The rod for the shower curtain needs to be better fixed to the wall - it bends down, the curtain gathers in the center and shower water runs on the floor
7. I was unable to open the stuck window to get fresh air
8. The lights cannot be dimmed

"The young woman at the front desk named Tiffany was super. Two of us had to move our room due to noisy children who's parents let them yell and run around the hallways. Tiffany made sure we we moved to quieter rooms. The pool water was not as clean as one would expect. Rooms were dated and tubs edge ..."

"Stayed for one overnight for college move in. Hotel was in a good location. Clean and breakfast was good. Property a little outdated. Restaurant next door closed at 9 pm. Check in was fast and staff was courteous."
