Pros: Location was very convient to highway and Luray Caverns and resturants.
Cons: Bedroom was comfortable, but could use someplace to put suitcase i.e. Luggage rack, and something to hang clothes on, maybe a coat tree.
Location: Luray Caverns - excellent for adults and children
Great location off Hwy 81 and near Luray Caverns, Va. We enjoy staying at B&B's when we travel, Woodruff House did not disappoint. Great location, staff friendly, accommodations good, breakfast very good.

Luray CavernsPosted Oct 5, 2017
Pros: Place made us feel as if we were in our own home. Our room had all the necessary facilities, food was readily available.
Cons: Could have breakfast served at 7 AM
Location: We visited Luray Caverns but there was ample locations for river activities, canoeing, rafting climbing, etc.,
Located near all attractions and restaurants. Staff was very welcoming and congenial, made us feel at home like an old lost friend. House was made availed to us as if we owned it. House was very comfortable and clean.

A welcoming innPosted Sep 30, 2017
We were very happy with our stay at the Woodruff House. We happened to arrive very early and called to ask to leave our suitcase. We were told that our room was ready and we were welcome to stay. The room was nice, the owner was gracious and gave us great recommendations about lunch and dinner. The breakfast was very tasty.

A very affordable B&B in town.Posted Sep 27, 2017
Pros: Location, very friendly host, excellent breakfast.
Cons: House condition is getting tired.
Location: Excellent location just off the main road though Luray. Close to downtown, the Caverns/museum and access to Skyline drive
Woodruff house is a nice quaint B&B and a great value in the Luray area. Close to downtown and the Caverns, just off the main route to get to skyline drive. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are clean, the house condition could use some freshening up, but for the prices charged it is an excellent value.

loved Woodruff House and Donna!Posted Sep 22, 2017
Pros: beautifully decorated, quaint, clean, charming, great location
Cons: the bed was too hard. we really didn't sleep well
Location: very short drive to Luray Caverns, short walk to town for food and a beautiful walking path
The owner was so very sweet and attentive to all the guests. we had the attic room with was so quaint, beautifully furnished and decorated. we enjoyed the downstairs rooms for reading and the deck for spending outside time. it was private and very comfortable. the house is within walking distance of Luray and we went for many walks. the owner was very helpful with tips about the area, things to do, what to avoid. She made terrific breakfasts.

Warm and charmingPosted Sep 18, 2017
We were just here one night and we wish we could've stayed longer to take advantage of the outdoor spa and deck. Donna was a wonderful host and made us feel so at home. Breakfast was fabulous! Also she let us check in early so we could get to my reunion on time. And there was homemade cake in the dining room!
