I should have slept in my car!!

Pros: The my overall evaluation is ruined as a result of the cigarette smell.
Cons: Better monitoring of the rooms, for things that will cause a stay to be unpleasant.
Location: The location was accommodating
The location of the hotel and the exterior appearance was nice. The hotel room reeked of cigarette smoke. There were there separate couples with us and we had three different rooms and they all reeked of cigarette smoke. There was a room next to the room I was in being cleaned by housekeeping. The door was open so I stuck my head in to see if that room also smelled like cigarette smoke. It had a mildew smell. I asked for another room, however there were none available. It was difficult sleeping with the smell. Just overnight our cloths had the cigarette smell. What made it even worse, is the fact that there is a NO SMOKING policy I had to initial at the time of checking in. I would not stay there again and nor will I recommend this location to family or friends. All of us should have received a refund!!!

Very small rooms. Carpet was very stained & dirty. Mold on tile in tub, could hear springs popping in mattresses.

Pros: Pool is open til ten, breakfast area is roomy. Service staff is quick and pleasant.
Cons: Like to have a list of local restaurants in the room.
Just stayed one night. Toilet needed a little help, they came and fixed it immediately so we did not have to change rooms. Good AC.

Good value for the $$

The hotel staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The rooms are older but clean. It is close to 101 and convenient to Thousand Oaks shopping and restaurants.

It was ok. The beds were squeaky, but still comfortable enough! The carpet was a little dirty. I will stay again.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Thousand Oaks is a nice area, places like this should not be allowed there.
Carpet was disgusting, sheets on bed had not been changed from the last guest. Front desk moved us to another room , not much better and the toilet would not flush. Whole place ahould be condemned

Filthy Floors and Uncomfortable Beds

We stayed in room 110. The carpets were stained and filthy looking. We had to wear our shoes while we were there because our feet would turn black if we didn't. The beds are very uncomfortable we were only able to sleep because we were exhausted from our day at the beach.

It was pleasant, but had a miscommunication regarding date of checkout. Confirmation was correct but front desk was not, so when we returned to our room from dinner they had locked us out from using room keys, so we had to go to lobby and get it corrected and have magnetic room keys reset.
