The place itself is beautiful, but the customer service was shockingly bad for a property that looks 5-star. I stayed one night in an Airstream and the second in a premium cabin. Since the cabin was fully booked for my first night, I called ahead and was told they might be able to connect my bookings and could at least hold my belongings. When I arrived, they said they actually couldn’t hold anything due to liability—completely contradicting what I was told—and promised to call me as soon as the cabin was ready. No one ever did.
After checking out on day one, I returned 15 minutes before 3 PM and walked around; at least six premium cabins already cleaned so I asked for early check-in and they allowed it, but claimed my cabin had “just been cleaned 5 minutes ago,” which was clearly untrue.
Inside, the cabin was in unacceptable condition: dead flies stuck on the wall, and chips and crumbs inside the futon. It obviously wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, yet I was told I couldn’t check in early. The staff throughout my stay were unfriendly, expressionless, and poorly trained. The inconsistencies and lack of hospitality ruined what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful environment.
