"We booked rooms at the Beijing Hotel because we remembered it from 40+ years ago, when it was Beijing's premier hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel is now a shadow of its former self. The occupancy rate at the hotel seemed very low. We were told that heat would only be provided after 11/15. Our rooms were in need of renovation.
