Enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool.

Pros: The free shuttle to and from the airport was efficient.
Cons: The pigeons in the roof of the entryway need to be dealt with.
Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with many restaurants and malls within walking distance.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I appreciated the loan of a iphone charger as I had forgotten mine.

Clean, rooms are updated, no elevator , quiet

I have been using this hotel for the last 3 years, travel every two months is quiet and clean good for a good rest, nice pool

Not bad for pet owners

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean. Adequate for the budget conscious.
Cons: Burn holes in the bedspreads in a pet room seemed unfair.
Location: Close to the airport. Really good Japanese restaurant just up the road.
The older part of this hotel is definitely older. But we liked having direct access to the outside. Made unloading the car so easy. The room was clean. The only disappointment was that as a pet room they had put bedspreads with cigarette burns on the beds. I know that using the good bedspreads isn't advisable for pet rooms but I think the burned ones should be reserved for the smoking rooms. We're okay with snags etc. But overall for the price it was completely adequate.

Loved our jacuzzi suite we will be back again

Location: Hotel is just off the highway, on Arthur street,its close to so many amenities,shopping and restaurants are all within a 5 min drive or a short walk
Booked a jacuzzi suite and absolutely loved it. We fully enjoyed our stay,the room was clean and bright and the jacuzzi was amazing! The staff were very friendly,and Betty who worked the font desk apon check in (and check out) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a comfortable one..shes a prime example of what hospitality is all about,what cheerful,welcoming woman! My boyfriend,who usually stays at another hotel when he comes to town,says he is gonna stay at the airline from now on,and I couldn't agree more,we had the best weekend! Thanks Airlane!

Did not feel safe there

There was issues with drunk people outside urinating in the parking lot an hanging in stair wells an around our door. Had to hip check door to get it too lock. 3/4 pop machines not working. Some issues in room with items being dirty.

Pros: Not much. Very disappointing. It is hard to think of anything positive about my stay.
Cons: I think this hotel charged way too much for the quality. Very disappointing.

Pros: Free long term parking and shuttle service.
Cons: Needs an elevator.
Just stayed one night to catch an early morning flight. Free 24 hour shuttle service and free long term parking.
