My stay here was average overall. Positives: Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms / hotel overall, breakfast is decent, Location is close to airport and restaurants. Negatives: Room is dated, beds are excessively soft and uncomfortable, carpets are kind of old and gross, etc. Overall an average but decent place to stay, hotel and rooms overall were clean, but rooms are definitely dated. I think the price per night is a bit expensive for what you get.

Thank you for staying with. We are in the early stages of an extensive renovation. We will be replacing all the carpets/wallpaper and furniture. We will also be repainting the outside of building as well as all interior painted surfaces.

Excellent almost all around. My only issue I had was they put me in a room directly above the main entrance sliding doors, and that’s all I could hear all night - sliding doors. Nice, clean, cozy otherwise.

The bathtub was clogged in the room. The house keeping kept knocking on the door starting 9 am despite having the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The main idea of a hotel is comfort and hospitality. These were unfortunately lacking.

Problem with cc scanner, very long check in experience. Ended up leaving cash as security deposit so we could go to room. Staff was lovely but we were tired from long trip. Property under construction, will be nice when completed.
