I was very disappointed in this facility. It needs a major renovation. The mattress is dirty. The bedsheets and pillows are clean. The bedskirt around the box spring was dirty and ripped. The bathroom is clean. I slept on top if the covers with my clothes on. Sorry for the bad review.

The hotel staff was amazing from afternoon check-in to morning checkout. The afternoon desk clerk was very thorough and friendly. Morning staff, Erfan and Nadia were exceptional.

The first room we were given had bugs. The lady at the first desk was very apologetic. She promised us a more recently renovated room, which it wasn't. But there were no bugs and it was a bit cleaner. We only stayed the night because we got in late we were tired and didn't want to look for another hotel at that time of night. We had to sleep with our window open because the smell of the old build was giving me a headache. We could hear people , which sounded like they were in the hallway, having sex.

Pleasant stay overall, staff were friendly and helpful. The building is older but seems to be well kept, the only negative is the area, it seems a little rundown but the hotel itself was good.

They did not have pool towels readily available. Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could.

A bit confusing with the room location, got lost a couple of times. Card key didn't work on the side doors from the out side resulting in long walks from the main entrance. Thought the price is a bit high for the condition of the property.

It was a grate place to stay the staff were awesome it was clean and quiet it was really nice having room services for food the only down side was the scatchy people asking for smokes everytime we went to our car

This property is definitely outdated. Stained walls, chipped and stained tub, thin scratchy blankets.. It could do with renovations. The front desk staff was lovely. The parking lot was covered in potholes, much like the area surrounding the hotel. This is the kind of hotel you stay in for a very quick sleep before packing up and continuing on your journey.

Unprofessional, rude staffs in the front desk and house keeping. They literally harass by knocking the door and told to get out of the room even after promising during check in for 30 minutes late checkout. Not recommended to anyone.

The property needs urgent care.. the paint in the room is all coming out due to dampness, room curtains torn and not even enough to cover the whole window, had to fix them using personal hair pins. The pillows were too lousy. Used towels were found hanging in the washroom behind the door. Cupboard and iron table were all dusty. No exhaust fan in washroom to allow ventilation.

The staff was nice and friendly. The parking lot and area was full of garbage. During breakfast people not staying at the hotel came in for breakfast full of piss and stealing food. Very noisy at night time.

Staff were super helpful, but the hotel itself was very run down. The shower ran freezing cold water, the hallways and rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and when we arrived there were four trash bags in front of our unit with open garbage. Definitely priced high for what you get.

Worst place I’ve EVER stayed in over 50 years!! The hotel was like a crack house for all the locals & the staff never discouraged random strangers from entering the building. The room was so disgusting we didn’t even sleep IN the bed & forget staying for the morning breakfast. We have over 20 pictures and no where near enough space to describe how bad this place was. The stars for this hotel are likely from all the druggies & lowlifes but not from anyone with an ounce of dignity or brain cells. Only reason we stayed was because it was very late & we had already driven 12 hours that day. Expedia MUST remove this hotel from their site if they wish to continue being a reputable company that offer travellers recommendations. It would also be amazing if I were refunded for being subjected to such deplorable conditions!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We arrived to a bunch of people doing drugs and alcohol all over the property. There was a blood stain on the wall as we made our way to our room, the room had holes on the walls, dirty bedding, smells. When we secured our trailer and vehicle, ambulance and fire showed up to haul someone away who was high on drugs and we presume was overdosing. 10 seconds after walking into the room, we grabbed our stuff and left for sanitary and safety reasons. Blood on the wall, drugs being abused, dirty/destroyed rooms, and safety concerns for our own and our properties well being are just some of the reasons to stay away. The holiday inn not too far away is where we ran to and it was amazing. Great breakfast too! STAY AWAY from this hotel!
