I have stayed there for a long time and is the worst managed hotel, and it is expensive. The restaurant is horrible, the same junk food. I decided not to go there anymore. One time I found bedbugs and couldn't sleep all night. They take advantage because they are close to the airport.

Hotel close to the airport

Pros: Breakfast, rooms
Cons: The patio outside the rooms could of been bigger and a chair or two and an ashtray for smokers rather than to see the butts on the ground.
Location: We were seeing family in Nolalu as our son was getting married. We liked the Walmart close by.
I booked two rooms and as we left early in the morning, we were tired when we arrived. Only one of the rooms was ready which then put our other family members out and they stayed in our room but quietly as my husband was taking a nap. I called at 3 p.m to see if the room was ready and still not, finally at 4 p.m I called and asked why and the front desk male came to see why and gave us the key instead of us having to go to the front. That was nice but don't like to have to wait over an hour for a room when check in is 3 p.m. On the Saturday night of our stay there must of been a wedding as at 3 am there was loud noise in the hallway and my husband was getting upset. I had to call the front desk and they called security, Other than the breakfast was good each time and I liked the sunken living room but had to watch out for my husband who had a cane, It was nice to have it open to a patio outside.

Pros: Clean, breakfast buffet, location-- near the airport.
A quick rest before heading out to fish the next day. Call hotel upon your arrival so you won't miss shuttle which was my experience. I had to take a taxi.

Nice hotel but loud guests

We enjoyed our stay, with the exception of other guests repeatedly yelling in the hallways at 2am and then slamming doors. I guess it's to be expected; there were several wedding receptions being held there as well.

Pet Friendly Upgrade

First room we got was a little outdated but cozy. However, there was a bar of soap left in the shower and needed some serious vacuuming. I voiced my concern to the front desk and told them I had seen our other family's room and how nice it was in comparison. They acknowledged no room should've been like that and updated us to a newly renovated pet friendly room which exceeded our expectations. Great stay.

Older but nice place

Older but nice. The lounge was great prices were good . Staff was great and I would stay again . Recommended to all

nice hotel close to airport

Pros: convenient for us, coming in from the west
Location: handy to airport.nothing right now
shuttle service to airport excellent. Enjoyed breakfast in the dining room

Easy access to airport

Cons: The room cwe had could stand updating
Location: We enjoyed Kakabeka Falls , Mount McKay, Mission Island.
The hotel was perfect for our needs : easy access to and from airport and to our family's home for visits.

great price

Nice clean and friendly. Only negative if there is one was the cleaning staff waking us up very early after a late night and long drive ( we didn't put the do not disturb sign up so that's our fault ).
