A hotel close to train station

The hotel is close to train station and shopping mall but relative old. Both our check in and out experiences were bad. Designated area for queuing in the reception but no one follows and disorder and the staffs would just entertain the customers who simply jumped in the queue. We reserved two rooms and requested the rooms to be in the same floor but turned out one on 25th and another one on 30th floor but no explanation were given. However, good thing about the hotel room is big and spacious. Housekeeping staffs are good and friendly. The breakfast far below expectations. Though the hotel is conveniently located but my family will not choose the same hotel again next time.

A convenient hotel close to train station

The hotel is close to train station and shopping mall but relative old. Both our check in and out experiences were bad. location and staff

Pros: Location, staff, clean, food
Location: there is great food inside the hotel and outside. coffee shops and a mall is near by. there is alos a park across the street if you just need a walk
The hotel offers many accommodations, great staff, great location. Near the train station and near many areas to eat drink and feel comfortable.

Easy access to public transport

Had a very comfortable stay in Westin Guangzhou. The concierge service provided was excellent. Special mention goes to Sam. He's very pleasant & helpful. As we were on a free & easy trip, he gave us very good recommendations to places of interest and good Cantonese food. Provided us with clear directions on these locations. Always service with a smile.

So good I didn't want to leave

Pros: What's not to like?
Location: CITIC plaza across the road. GZ East railway for fast trains. Variety of food options within easy walking distance.
One night was not enough at this wonderful place, so I had to stay another. 45 minutes and only 7 RMB to/from the airport on Line 3 (no changes). The hotel is so conveniently situated 5 mins walk from Linhexi Metro station. Access all areas of Guangzhou efficiently through the metro system (with good English signage). Also, GZ East station is just one stop away for the bullet train to Shenzhen or elsewhere. The dilemma is whether to go out or just simply enjoy the superb facilities of the hotel.
