"Everything is good except the WIFI strength is horrible. Even have difficulty obtain the necessary connection to access email. Luckily I am on golfing trip to Tianjin. If you are on business trip and require wifi access to conduct business, then you better think twice to check in to this hotel. I have to consume almost close to US40 of my own data plan to communicate although I am on leisure trip to Tianjin. "

"Breakfast variety and quality are too low, worse than other hotels with the same star level. Access to swimming pool is not convenient. Once in the gym, you may not be able to return to the lift with your room card. Funny design."

"I liked the variety of the breakfast but the western food (sandwich) from room service is disappointing. The staff seem under trained. I don’t have menu in the room, so i asked front desk, he said I can call room service, I said I don’t have menu, he said they will tell you (I was shocked and assumed it is a short one), room service then transferred me to kitchen, kitchen then said I should check menu in room. I had to call front desk again and they finally sent me menu! And it took me 2 hours to get a damn sandwich. "
