service was far beyond hyatt standard

A weekend getaway ith my friends. arrived at the hotel around 8.30 pm. Checkin was slow. took about 20 minutes with all the booking and credit card verification. front desk staff was even unsure what time the lounge bar and the gym closes. check out was even a bigger disaster. They held me for over half an hour because they were unsure how the hotel room would get paid. it was clearly not my problem because hotels.com would eventually pay them after checkout. terrible service and we doubt whether it is one of the hyatt hotels.
