Comfortable airport hotel

Pros: Large suite, very clean, well appointed rooms, large bathroom, clean exercise room.
Cons: Give the lazy shuttle bus driver working on our the morning of our departure some customer training that includes some defining of his job.
A good (and very large) airport hotel, currently under renovation. The suite is well appointed and spacious - the renovation was not quite complete in the bathroom, there was a cavity with exposed wires ... but this was overall, a good hotel experience and with one exception, the customer service was excellent. The pick-up at Beijing Terminal 2 was prompt and the driver loaded all our bags into the van ... similarly, the porter service within the hotel was excellent. The hotel had a small but well-equipped exercise room ... and good bars and restaurants. The one notable exception to an otherwise very pleasant experience was the driver of the hotel shuttle bus at our 11:15 departure - our luggage was unloaded into the bus entirely by the hotel bell boy - but once at Beijing Terminal 2, the bus driver sat in his seat and offered no assistance with unloading any of the luggage - yes, the bus was full and I understand that many Chinese do not tip (I do) - but I do expect a modicum of assistance in unloading luggage from a hotel shuttle bus even in North America.

Close to T3. Expensive menu ...

a staff at restaurant doesn't speak any English. Smoke smell in our room .

Very Nice Hotel at Airport

Everything was perfect except that I could find no room service menu in the room and when I tried to call someone, no one answered the phone. Was too tired to go downstairs so went without food and slept.

Nice hotel close to the Airport

IT's a business trip and we are in a hurry. Staffs here are helpful, nice. It's a pleasant stay.

Close to the airport and awesome breakfeast

Pros: Breakfast buffet
Cons: No room service, we were tired and wanted to order in but there was no option
Location: Very close to the airport, which was nice when travelling for a long time
We had a lovely time at the hotel, it was modern, clean and the food was amazing

Pros: Very close to the airport
Close to the airport while very quiet. Lobby is beautifully decorated and third floor's meeting area is quiet with nice view. Food is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Pros: The room and the public area are both clean and well organized!
The hotel staff are very friendly and efficient! The operator is very clearly to direct the location of the shuttle. And the shuttle is right there!

UNABLE TO LOCATE EXPEDIA BOOKING

I had booked the room a day before check in through expedia, and to my horror, the lady at the reception was unable to locate the booking!! This was 10pm and the room was already paid for. It took a good one hour before she got her manager's approval to go ahead with the check-in, though she charged us for the room again. She had put the blame on Expedia. I'm not sure if we'd have faced similar difficulties if the booking was done through other websites :(

The facility was good enough though it was a bit old. Like anywhere else in China, a bit smell smokey. Looked like airline cabin attendants also often use this hotel which shows its economical value.

Nice hotel to stay.

It is very nice hotel! The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. The food was tasty and the subtle bus was very convenient . If you need to take flight in the evening or early morning , this is the one off the base places to stay . Although the hotel is very close to T3 , it was very quiet at night. We had a great experience to stay in this hotel .
