Unresponsive to guests

We booked 2 rooms- one for us and one for our kids. Checkin was inordinately time consuming - they couldn't figure out why the Expedia rate was different than their posted rate. No bell service. Finally get upstairs and the rooms aren't near each other. Back downstairs, 1/2 hour wait to speak to someone. They give us another room next to one of ours - and it's really a closet with a king bed. No dresser!! Back downstairs, 1/2 hour wait - nothing they can do. Ok - we will manage. Let's go swimming in the "outdoor pool." Sorry - no pool, but we will voucher you for a local attraction. What are they? You can walk around and see what you want to do. PuleeZe. Room was dirty (cookies on floor when we walked in); a/c struggled mightily to cool room to 26 C. At checkout, they STILL couldn't figure out the Expedia rate. Thirty minutes later, I said I'm leaving and they said,"oh it's because you don't have to pay the VAT that locals do" I really didn't care. Two hours later, call from manager - we didn't charge you the right amount and you owe us 40 bucks.
