המלון ממוקם מעולה, ירידה ישירות לכנרת. הבריכה מעט קטנה. ג'קוזי מפנק מאוד. שירות מדהים!!! מדהים!!! מלון מפנק מאוד

Vacker miljö och avslappnat hotell

Avkopplande och avslappnat. Försöker vara lyx men service och attityd är också avkopplad och avslappnad. Det funkar om en inte förväntar sig annat. Rätt dyrt ändå. Fin trädgård. Bra behandlingar på SPA. Bra frukost. Hotellet hade fest för de anställdas familjer när vi var där. Det var lite speciellt men ändå trevligt. Försökte också beställs vin men insåg att det var bättre att hålla sig till öl. Fick ett jättesött glas från en flaska som måste ha stått öppen väldigt länge. Lite sådant smått hela tiden gör att det här inte är ett lyxhotell men en vacker plats att koppla av på med en avslappnad atmosfär - också servicemässigt. Det passade här! Inga konstigheter att gå runt i morgonrock liksom.

Lack of information and helpful staff

We came to tiberias specifically for the hot springs the city offers. The hotel staff looked at us like we were from Mars when we asked for guidence on this. Also, the pool closes at 3:30, which we were not told at check in, which is at 3pm... Odd. And we left the next morning so there was no time to take advantage of it. A waste of a pool then.. And we were told it was a mineral pool- which I found out that it was not. The hotel itself was fine, but don't expect any help from anyone. Plan your own trip.

Not even close to a 5 star hotal

The rooms and the hotel, is so outdated, it's unbelievable that thay claim it's a 5 star hotel.

Hotel nahe dem Wasser

Leider macht der Ort einen sehr unsauberen und "abgenutzten" Eindruck. Das Hotel hält tapfer dagegen - aber der Gesamteindruck leidet dadurch leider.

עשיתי את ההזמנה דרך האתר שלכם והתאכזבתי בקבלה ביקשו לשלם את תוספת מ"ע שבסופו של דבר יצא השהות שלנו מאוד יקר והמחיר לא מצדיק את השהות שלנו במלון זה.

Sensation mitigée

Hotel qui présente un très grand potentiel. Super bien situé. Mais il ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles si on se compare à ce qui se fait en Europe. L'accueil est inexistant. Le personnel nous voit arriver avec un bébé et des bagages mais ne vient pas nous ouvrir la porte. A aucun moment il n'y a des sourires ou de la joie. On dirait que le client est une contrainte, le personnel est sur son téléphone portable et on dirait que c'est réellement un poids d'être là. Nous avons demandé à avoir une chambre dans les étages élèvés mais on nous as dit que l'hôtel était plein alors qu'il n'y avait réellement personne pour ce 2 et 3 janvier 2016. Concernant le buffet du petit déjeuner, il est plutôt pas mal, il manquerait juste d'avoir du jus d'orange pressé frais. Le spa est vraiment bien, surtout le jaccuzi qui est le point fort de cet hôtel. Il faudrait juste mettre de meilleurs horaires. Les chambres communicantes sont mal isolées, la literie est très bonne mais les chambres sont veillotes et manquent de charme. Pour notre part, nous sommes déçus de ce qui a été proposé pour le prix payé.
