The lower, much lower level of hotels in Israel.

When we arrived there was only one hotel representative at the front desk, with 5 families to attend to. Had to wait about 25 minutes before I got any kind of attention. The reservation was made through Expedia and paid in full in advance... still, the hotel representative tried to charge us full price for the room. I had to show him the payment confirmation from Expedia. I received only one key, asked for another one and received a second key that ... didn't open the door. I had to wait in line again at the front desk to replace the second key. When we got to the room, it was made nicely, but too much dust, even for me (I am not the allergic type). Air-condition temperature control is very inaccurate and the air condition system itself is very loud !!! we had to turn it off in order to be able to fall asleep and then wake up in the middle of the night because it got so hot in the room. Breakfast is a typical Israeli-hotel one, which is VERY generous, both in the types and the amounts of food, that are available. However, quality is not high-end, I would rate it 3/5, not more. Don't expect a swimming pull at the hotel. It does not exist. Instead, the hotel advertises that it has one ... as a part of the hot springs area which is near the hotel. you have to walk there and it takes away all of the fun. The sea of Galilee is within walking distance (5-10 minutes) but one has to cross a road for that. Some guests didn't like it. Bottom line - don't expect much.

Nice Hotel close to Hot Springs and beaches

Pros: The breakfast is excellent. Big choice of food and delicious.
Cons: Cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms did not seem to have been vacuumed and were quite dusty.
It is now the second time we stayed in this hotel. The reception staff are very willing and helpful. The rooms are acceptable. The staff in the dining room are very welcoming and nice.

shabby place

the hotel really needs a renovation. rooms are small, and very shabby. the facilities are ok. the breakfast was very good. for the money, it is a good deal...I stayed one night, it is not the place to stay for mote than a quick overnight stay.

Compared with other Rimonim hotels in Israel, this one in my opinion brings the group down. They either have to really lift their standard or drop the Rimonim name.

I will ever never will go to this hotel.

From the room you hear all guest that passes in the hallway . It was noise all the time. the employees of the have no connection in the hotel business.

Disappointed

I was really ill for 3 out of 5 days stay so not a great experience! Bathroom was not cleaned nor the room vacuumed, hotel really needs upgraded!

Staff at the front desk are nice, breakfast is amazing, room needs upgrade, walk 5 minutes to spa and pool.
