clean sheets but bed was poor; the bathroom was clean and provided soap and shower cap only; carpet in the room was not vaccummed and was not vaccummed after I asked, although someone came quickly to fix TV and phone which did not work. i'd asked for a floor above ground level for safety reasons but was refused, although the hotel was obviously not full. They give a small card as voucher to receive towels for the pool, but don't emphasize that if the little card is not returned, there is a 30nis fee -- I was glad to have caught this in fine print on the check-in receipt or would likely have tossed the card after using it. I received a gracious reply from the hotel's management to my complaints and suspect a return visit will be a better experience
