“Clean, clear communication, great location to campus. Nice to have parking off the street too. The only minor thing that I would note is that the walls are thin and if other guests are staying upstairs you will basically hear everything. Lol not something I took into account having not stayed in any type of apartment for years. It stayed nice and cool though, which is a huge bonus in Laramie's hot summers where most places do not have A/C. I would recommend and likely stay again if ever I'm back……

“Nice clean property.”

“Nice spot to check out all that Laramie has to offer!”

“We stayed for a long weekend and had a great experience with this house! Very clean and spacious, the AC units were a great addition, and the host was very welcoming and helpful! The only downside is that parking is rather limited in the one driveway when there are also guests in the basement rental, but the street parking is open on weekends! Very easy to work around this issue, overall we had a fantastic stay!”

“Great little spot near the campus”

“When the hostess showed up finally she did offer us a nicer room. We expected a cabin and had trouble finding the place because it was like an old motel. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom did not have a sink. So I’d say it was adequate but I will not return.”

“It had everything that we wanted”

“This place has a ton of potential, and the owner is a super nice guy. The house is old, and it's age shows. When we stayed, the owner was in the process of making some improvements, which honestly need to be made. He was painting the exterior and fixing up the yard, but got derailed by a very invasive construction project, which should very soon be finished. He also mentioned that he was planning to get new carpet, which I was glad to hear, because the carpet is definitely showing its age. The……

“Great stay! Awesome deck!”

“Apartment was clean but run down. Walking into downtown Laramie but uncomfortable beds”

“Only compliant. Very limited blankets. What was on the beds were very thin. Blankets provided for the pullout were knitted so they were not warm either. When I asked for extra blankets we were denied, there were no other options.”

“WARNING: There is a massive, uneven easement hill before the flat land pictured. Not suitable for an RV. The gate doesn't even allow for safe RV entry. Also not pictured is the section of land being used as a junkyard, which you are expected to camp next to. The neighbors came out to say the land is under a trust and the lister has not shown rights to use the land, so the county is taking him to court. I was granted a full refund, but save yourself the trouble of finding a last-minute substitute……
