Small amount of toilet paper on roll in bathroom. When we ask the front desk for another roll, we were told they did not have any🤔😳 Good news… we were given a newly renovated room and it was very nice👍

This is a very run down property. The free breakfast was coffee and packaged muffins. The rooms smelled (we had to buy Fabreeze) and the carpet crusty. The grand kids said our room smelled like dirt and Doritos. The good news is that the beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower worked nicely and the free coffee was good. My son and his family moved hotels on the first night forfeiting one night’s room charge. The hotel is pet friendly and their room smelled like a wet dog. We were there for four nights.

This place should be removed from ALL booking sites. Do not bring your family here. The hair, mould, human feces, dirty wet rag in the bed, unlockable front door…just to mention a few things make this place unfit for a stay after a long drive. And the coffee and packaged muffin is the “breakfast included”. We went to get our money back but the fight in the lobby detered us from doing so. Apparently there was another unhappy guest. And we won’t mention the threats that were made to this poor customer. Expedia will be refunding our money as I will see to that!!

Staff promised to provide room key for early check in, went early to pickup keys and another front desk worker refused to honor their promise. When finally got room key later the room was a disappointment to say the least. Mold around the bathtub. Soap was terrible. No cold water at the sink. Second day asked for fresh towels, never received them. Later that night after not getting the requested towels, had to go down to the office to retrieve towels and staff member brought them to my room a while later. Phone did not work. First set of keys didn’t work so had to go back to the office and get new keys. Mold and rust in wall a/c unit, refused to use the unit. Never cleaned the room.Place is a disaster DO NOT STAY THERE. There are other choices in the area. Wish I had booked elsewhere!

I was suppose to get a non-smoking.room but was given a smoking room that reeked. Th shower sprayed water all over the floor. There was no remote for the tv. I just about couldn’t get the heater to work. A lousy stay to say the least.

Only stay as a last resort.
Customer service was very friendly and helpful. However the first room we went in there was a overwhelming mold smell, tub was leaking, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Requested a different room immediately. Second room was clean and odorless. Of the 2 beds, one was so worn out that you could see the middle of the bed sunk in. Worst part was the noise. someone sat in their car honking their horn, constant loud radio noise, and the sound of the air brakes from the semi’s. Needless to say we did not sleep and had to attend a funeral the next morning. We understand that they are trying to remodel, huge suggestion would be to put in some sort of sound buffer, thicker windows or something.

This place is literally falling apart. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling, carpet was stained and filthy. I mean the list could go on and on. It’s not worth staying at. I would give it a zero if possible. Stay somewhere else that’s cleaner and safer.

Our door to the room was broken. Front desk had to come open it for us, and then we couldn’t get it to lock without pushing it with all of our weight. Felt very unsafe as it is a first floor outside door.

Only stayed for 11 hours. Housekeeping woke me up thinking I had checked out. I didn't arrive til after midnight. Difficulty finding room due to it being in a side hallway.

The only complaints I have are you can hear the interstate noise coming through the big window and the A/C unit needed some fixing. Otherwise very comfortable room and bed and conveniently placed along the route I was taking.

The location is a bit loud with all of the trucks from the highway. The bathtub was also clogged and filled up while taking a shower. Also disappointed that the breakfast is a tiny grab and go option. Didn't expect a whole lot but we'll choose a hotel further from the highway next time with a fuller breakfast.
