Not Good

The place is not good at all! Went to check in at 12am and didn't get a room until 12:30am. Have never had so much trouble checking in! I booked a two bed room, hotel called me two days later offering me two rooms with queen beds I was okay with that and went to check in and neither room was ready. The room we stayed in smelled bad and the trash wasn't even taken out from the previous person. And good luck finding someone at front desk! Had to go back and fourth three different times because the key to my room didn't work I had three different keys and none of them worked! Overall I don't recommend this place! It's very messy and very unprofessional.

Not the Extended Stay quality I was expecting

Pros: It was QUIET, which was very surprising! Also, the TV was nice and the cable quality was excellent!
Cons: The rooms need to be upgraded to higher quality overall.
Location: It's in a business park so there's nothing nearby. You'll need a car to get to anything. It is near 217 and I-5, so getting places is easy.
It wasn't great - the pillows, bedding, and bed quality were pretty awful - not at all the like the quality I've experienced from staying in Extended Stay in other locations. There were ants in the room after leaving dog food on the floor for less than 12 hours.

Horrible, Dirty and Smelly hotel!

The room smelled very bad, there were dead bugs by the air conditioning unit. The carpet and kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky, they provided no sheets or blanket for the pull out sofa, which was horrible, you could feel every spring. My business partner had bug bites in his legs. Outside by the stairwell there was trash pulled up and it smelled horrific walking past it. Please do not stay here ever, I think this hotel has long term guest that get hotel vouchers for families in financial crises or by city welfare services. We almost left at 3am because of all the noise coming from upstairs units.

Far from everything

I had bought 2 rooms and the fold out bed did not have a mattress there was no extra blankets for the beds the had to take them from another room

Horrible experience

I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before I was helped. The room I reserved wasn't available so I was given a smoking room and everything in the room stunk. When I woke up I just left and all my luggage now smells like cigarettes. Worse experience ever......

Room booked through expedia, but the hotel was over booked. I had to adjust in queen bed with my family when I had booked for bigger room. Hotel staff is not committed to what they say. They agreed to refund the money paid for room booking, but I haven't received it till date. When I called to ask about the same,they say nothing is mentioned in there system. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not the best neighborhood.

Didn't get the room I had booked way in advance. Got put in a smoking room even though they knew I had a 7 month old baby. Was not helped when I needed another room for a different day. Had someone come out of the bushes and stand by cars all night.

Worst room ever encountered while traveling

Was not given the room confirmed on reservation due to Expedia overbooking. Arrived approx 9:30 pm. Outside lighting to stairway, hall was not working. There was no help at the front desk...manager & maintenance had left for the day. The usual hotel amenities were not in place...no glasses, paper cups, etc.

worst hotel ever.

I travel around frequently for biz trip and family trip. But NEVER EXPERIENCED THAT I COULD NOT STAY DUE TO OVER BOOKED BY THE HOTEL. I could not stay at hotel even though I made a reservation about 10 days ago. I drove about 3 hours and half for biz trip from Seattle to Portland. I ended up staying in Motel 6!!!!!
