Room booked through expedia, but the hotel was over booked. I had to adjust in queen bed with my family when I had booked for bigger room. Hotel staff is not committed to what they say. They agreed to refund the money paid for room booking, but I haven't received it till date. When I called to ask about the same,they say nothing is mentioned in there system. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not the best neighborhood.

Didn't get the room I had booked way in advance. Got put in a smoking room even though they knew I had a 7 month old baby. Was not helped when I needed another room for a different day. Had someone come out of the bushes and stand by cars all night.

Worst room ever encountered while traveling

Location: nothing
Was not given the room confirmed on reservation due to Expedia overbooking. Arrived approx 9:30 pm. Outside lighting to stairway, hall was not working. There was no help at the front desk...manager & maintenance had left for the day. The usual hotel amenities were not in place...no glasses, paper cups, etc.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Super quiet!! Location was great! We were close to the mall and other places!

worst hotel ever.

I travel around frequently for biz trip and family trip. But NEVER EXPERIENCED THAT I COULD NOT STAY DUE TO OVER BOOKED BY THE HOTEL. I could not stay at hotel even though I made a reservation about 10 days ago. I drove about 3 hours and half for biz trip from Seattle to Portland. I ended up staying in Motel 6!!!!!

But, I prepaid...

After arriving after midnight due to a delayed flight, all I wanted to do was go to sleep. It took 15 minutes from the time I called the desk on the night phone until someone came down. His first words, "You need to find another hotel. We have no rooms." After arguing with him about my prepaid room, he asked if I'd take 2 single beds. Of course, I just want to sleep! "I'll have to go see if it's presentable." After another 5 minutes, he returned and told me it was "good enough." I arrived in my room to find it exactly as I had requested it online, a Queen. Except for missing a cup, it was what it should have been without the huge delays and argument.

took over 15 minutes to get booked in, and beds were uncomfortable and rooms not clean, Had dirty dishes etc.. still in room

Cons: All of the above. If I was not under time restraints and could get my money back to move hotels I would have done so, however paid it through Expedia
Room smelled. The trash cans were right in front of my doorway. I stayed at this hotel for 4 days due to business and the trash was overflowed all four days with associated smell. The staff, which were unprofessional were never at the desk, the internet was extremely slow. I had to upgrade the internet, which had to be accomplished by their off site technical company. No parking.

Decent hotel for the price

It was clean, the room had a kitchen and if you request it you are given kitchen utensils.
