Pros: Location - easy access to freeway
Cons: Additional rooms for the disabled and have such rooms actually work. I could barely get my wheelchair in our "disability" designated room..
We were able to get into our room early which was wonderful.

Great location - easy to find and easily accessible to many places in Tigard - some within walking distance. Check in and out were both easy and pleasant. Would stay again.

Centrally located hotel close to Portland

Good room, great staff

Room was just as expected. Staff was friendly and went out of their way. Down for the eclipse, like most people there, they kept the front desk open 24-hrs/day to deal with early departures, etc.

Pros: Inexpensive. Good breakfast selection.
Cons: Room was not very clean. Front desk computers and staff were troublesome.
Location: Good location south of Portland.
There were problems with the computers at the front desk. I extended my stay, but this information somehow did not get booked into the computer. On checkout I was printed out an invoice that was obviously wrong. It contained charges for a two day stay, rather than 3 days and showed a negative balance. I was told by the front desk person that the manager (who was not then present) would have to correct this and would give me a call. I received no call and had to call back myself two days later.

Filthy rooms; awful location

The first thing I did upon entering the room was lean against the dresser as I logged into the wifi. This resulted in a large sticky brown stain appearing on my white shirt. That's now ruined. I can't even figure out what it is. The place is tidy in the sense that the sheets are cleaned but even a slightly closer inspection shows filth everywhere. But at least there's a pool.... that overlooks an electrical substation and the parking lot. I'd rather pay double to stay anywhere else.

This was close to good restaurants within walking

Pros: Location to Portland
Cons: The breakfast room. I had to ask for silverware, and bread to toast. He should have been on top of running out and replace items when getting low.
Location: As I said, good restaurants within walking distance.
This hotel did not have a in room safe and no shower caps.

To airport on an empty stomach.

Pleased with amenities and condition of room. Stayed 2 nights while visiting family. Breakfast started late morning we left so we had to find food on way to airport. Did not use housekeeping. Front desk was helpful telling us where we could eat when we checked in at 9pm. Desk panicked about late breakfast start when we checked out and did not know where to send us.
