“Good staff, clean room, good breakfast...”

“Door keys wouldn’t open door when we finally got to room so had to go back down to lobby. Fridge in room would not go a good cold for food likes meats and cheese. No one there to assist with breakfast in morning. Pancake maker wouldn’t work. No ice left for drinks. Another guest called to lobby to ask for help and no one came. I walked to down to lobby to get someone to come up. Came up to fill the ice but no one ever found the person in charge of breakfast to fix machine.”
