Room was visibly clean the bathroom was horrendous staff was nice room kinda smelled old but hey it’s not 5 star hotel I get it

The hotel is under construction and the dining area needs an investment into furniture. The room smelled a little musty. The staff was very helpful.

The staff was friendly but not interested in being there for the customer, on their phone or talking to other staff. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Hotel does not have a restaurant nor is there one near by. Staff could not recommend restaurants, did not know the area very well. Property is run down but room was clean and lots of parking.

The hotel was clean and the view from the room was great with floor to ceiling windows. There is a lot of street construction in front of the hotel - the whole block actually, but when that’s done the view will be even better. We had a two bedroom suite, and had plenty of space for all 5 of us. There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It’s also walking distance from the Riverwalk. The Sacred Heart (former Catholic Church) is right behind the hotel and you can tour it for free, it’s beautiful and definitely worth walking over there. The breakfast options were good, the lobby had good vibes and a bar. We did not go to the rooftop bar, because we were only there for 1 night. I’m not sure if it was just this time of year but there were hardly any other people staying the same time we were so it was not crowded at all. It seemed to be slow like that everywhere we went in Augusta which was fine with me. Overall it’s worth the visit.

Our go to hotel when coming to visit our son at DCG. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast.
