Stayed for a Wedding During the Off Season

We stayed at this hotel in the off-season for a wedding. Both hotel restaurants' food was great. We ordered room service (coffee) and it took 2 phone calls and an hour for it to arrive. The spa pool costs extra even if you are a guest and the main pool is closed in the off-season. Would be nice if the spa pool was complimentary for off-season guests. The spa pool was broken one day. The staff was not overly nice or helpful but never flat out rude. Not a lot going on in the area as it was the off-season.

Not for tourists

It's a good hotel locate at Nordela. This is 30 o more minutes from Downtown. Rooms are clean. Service is poor. I was in a bussiness trip and the location was a + for me.

Lovely break from the big city

All was well. Lovely breakfast and room but for the price access to the spa would have been appreciated

the swimming pool is only available on weekends, that's disappointing

Before this date, we are use to open it during weekends in October if the weather help us, but is not an official opening. With one week stay we enjoyed an excellent attention, friendly staf , the rate included every day use of spa and pool, continental breakfast.Beautiful time.
