Small Rooms

Something went wrong with my credit card so they cancelled my reservation and they gave me a crappy small room. The person at the front desk wasn't very friendly either. So I won't stay there anymore

Pros: The parking was in a secured place and they did have breakfast.
Location: It's close to food, movies, and el centeral.
There was a terrible small as if they had painted the walls with spray paint. Really strong small in the hall ways. In the room there is no insulation and it also smelled terrible. The bathroom didn't have a celling fan or window. I couldn't sleep becuase of the smell. Very disappointed.

Shower water turned off.

My wife was taking a shower and the water turned off. I had to walk down to the receptionist desk and tell them the water turned off while she was taking a shower. The water turned back on after 5 minutes. They told me well don't lose water turned back on after 5 minutes should never have happened.

Becareful with the man in the parking lot. He wanted to charge $100 pesos for the parking.

Nice and quite.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Taxi, they called for me it took very long to arrive, they could improve.
Location: In the downtown and everything is nearby.
Hotel was great,it was crowded but sat,understandable. My room 509 was good place but only problem with my queen bed. It was bumpy looked like spring problem. I notified front desk before I check out and they responded right away. " I hope." Breakfast was good,thanks. Next time, Definitely I will choose to stay there.

Carpet was wet couldn't walk with out shoes.

Not a great recommendation

Hard place to find parking Staff not to friendly Room was clean but did not noticed there were no towels until after I got out of shower. Beds are pretty stiff, not to comfortable Breakfast in the morning not the best, had stomach ache most of the day I've stayed in 100's of hotels and unfortunalty this was a bad experience
