Not what I expected

Posted Apr 25, 2017
Pros: The location
Cons: Upgrade the building, better amenities and better Staff
Location: Very good location, everything is within walking distance.
The hotel is very old and lacks maintenance, the staff is always watching, they actually require You to wear a wrist band to be in the facility. The beds are old, the linen is in bad shape, only two small pillows per bed, no coffee maker, no cloths iron, a very old 19" TV with few channels.

It is not what it used to be

Posted Apr 25, 2017
Pros: The view, the location
Cons: It needs a major overhaul, the staff needs to be friendlier, the pool is very small and shallow, actually smaller than a house pool
Location: They are right at the beach, lots of restaurants and bars around, there is a catholic Church right across the street
The facility lacks maintenance, the rooms are not only old, but outdated, wear and tear is noticeable, but the worst thing is, they adjusted their policy focused on bad Customers, they believe every guest is a "destroyer" you need to pay deposit fees upfront and they make you wait until someone checks the room before returning your deposit. They also have a Valet Parking (forced) not for your convenience, but because they don't have enough spaces, if you need something from your car, you go and wait for them to bring your car, you get your stuff and they will take it back. The amenities are the bare minimum, towels and bedding items are very old, color fading, no coffee, no iron, no extra pillows,

Posted Mar 19, 2017
The hotel is really nice since is close by everything like literally close to everything but the hotel is being remodel I guess for the summer so it kinda looks ugly but the rooms are okay for what u pay I will definitely come back again once it finish being remodel it looks like is going to be a hell of hotel resort so Can't wait to see once it done ... that only thing that I dint like about the hotel was the noise from the workers that are remodeling the hotel .

Pony up for a nicer hotel.

Posted Mar 1, 2017
The photos on Expedia is completely outdated! The pool does not exist, it is empty with construction and dirt everywhere. The windows do not block out any sound from the clubs a block away. Yes it's convenient next to clubs but I should've just paid a little extra a went to Rosarito beach hotel.
