Mal personal hotel viejo

El personal de recepción te hace esperar una hora de más para entregar tu habitación aparte de que te dice que ellos te i forman cuando esté listo y pasada una hora tienes que acudir tu de nuevo a preguntar para que te la entreguen aparte de que te atienden como si te hicieran un favor, las cortinas del baño estaban percudidas y todas rotas súper viejas no es opción este hotel definitiva por lo que cobran mejor el camino real

EN GENERAL TODO MUY BIEN, NO HAY RUIDO EN LA NOCHE, DESCANSAS, SUS CUARTOS SON AMPLIOS Y COMODOS..EL PERSONAL MUY ATENTO...SEGURO Y VOLVERÉ...

Life Threatning Experience

Received a life threatening call to our room from person asking for personal information demanding cooperation or else. I'm assuming somebody from hotel staff working there is passing on information of tourists who stay in the hotel and the Number of the room... Overall bad experience l, that messed up our trip and we bailed out of that hotel in a hurry .. Is Too bad that we had some respect and trust for Holiday Inn Franchises but this incident changed out minds..
