Arriving hotel 9pm, after leave my baggage at 1pm, the RECEPTION was doors closed and attention across a window. The employee told me he can't charge my room fare and requested me pay in cash. I informed my room was charged since Dec. 5 when I reserved my room, but he requested a new payment for give a room key and the next morning the manager will resolve that. He start attending a new guest and leaved me waiting until the other guest leave the area. I requested he contact the manager and he say that he will send a message and can't do another thing until manaher's responded. After 30 minutes the manager gave him indications about how give my room.
The "SUPERIOR ROOM" I paid for was dirty bath and very dirty carpet and compared with regular single room I paid for in previous visits, the "superior" is worst comparing quality (floor-carpet, wall paint, furniture, ->BATH <- , and I repeat BATH. The superior room is like and older or like a cheaper room you paid for.
