“I felt very comfortable at this cottage. My wife and I enjoyed the kitchen and walk in closet. Laundry on site! There were dishes and pots and pans. A microwave and full size oven and refrigerator. It was very clean and it suited our needs perfectly!”

“This was the perfect place for us to stay during a family wedding in Durham. We were walking distance to downtown and easy driving distance to other sites in the area. The condo is very spacious, especially with the super high ceilings. It's also clean and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay, and the rental company was very responsive to our questions. They also let you know in advance that the bedroom walls don't reach the ceiling. “This is a great location where they have converted old warehouses into apartments and Condos. Durham city center is becoming the goto place and this location is right in the middle of it. Everything was within walking distance. The place is clean, very functional and well set up. We would recommend this to anybody needing to stay in Durham for a period.”
