overall pretty good for the price. room and views are nice, also quiet at night. location is decent but not the most convenient. wifi could be better, and common amenities are lacking (ie. no laundry, water only comes in small bottles when you ask). desk service is fine.

12th floor Dim Sum is really good. Ho Hung Kee has waitresses that are really not very good but the food is simple and outstanding.
