The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The hotel was of a high standard, however, there are signs of age, wear and tear, ie marks on the furniture and poor lighting. Generally a very pleasant stay, staff were all very friendly helpful and approachable, Concierge's were all very knowledgable. Good location great accessibility to Central and star ferry and 2 MTR stations are very local.
