Most of the staff (mainly at reception and breakfast area) are in desperate need of a customer service & hospitality course, otherwise no lament at all. Breakfast is good and so is the hotel in general.

well... I think you have to intermediate somehow. When I arrived, they said they know nothing about the room and should check with you because you didn't send them any message, for my booking. Then I asked for the invoice, since I paid with my business card (it was a business trip) and they said again that you have to send them I do not know what chip, so only after they could emit a proper legal invoice. So... do you do something or shall I ? thank you

Hotel molto bello e personale molto gentile e anche molto disponibile . Ottima la pulizia e anche la colazione (non molto ricco il buffet dei dolci ma è normale del resto). piccola pecca è la mancanza in bagno di una spina per attaccare il phon e il parcheggio interno molto piccolo siamo riusciti ad usufruirne una sola sera e la seconda abbiamo lasciato la macchina in un parcheggio confinante di un supermercato ( per fortuna controllato dalla vigilanza). Ma assolutamente soddisfatti. Anche il vicino ristorante è molto carino ottimo cibo e molto economico

Camera sporca, lenzuola piccole che mancano 10 cm per coprire il materasso. Bagno senza asciugacapelli. Parcheggio auto solo per 4 auto , tutti gli altri ospiti devono parcheggiare in strada. frigo in camera non funziona (chiesto spiegazioni al personale: risposta non sa cosa dire ). Colazione con pane confezionato, caffè espresso a pagamento.

Connection wifi impossible même après avoir averti la réception. Beaucoup de nuisance sonore dans le quartier ( petit supermarché ouvert 24h/24 en bas de l'hôtel ) Très peu de debit d eau au robinet salle de bain et pas de volet ou de rideaux occultant Petit déjeuner très moyen.

Nice Hotel near the center

The employees are all really friendly and help you every Time The Hotel is really nice and clean and the Breakfast is also awsome. If you walk, you are in 15-20 mins in the Center, but there are also a Busstation and Taxis directly in the Front of the building The parking lots are Not enough and we had Problems to sleep at Night, because there was no AC in our room and without it was in our room really Hot we had to Open the Windows at night that we can sleep, this is why the comfortable only gets an OK from us.

Another stay at this nice hotel

The hotel is great, but I have one problem with the payment. As soon as you arrive they are kindly ask you to pay. I don't have a priblem to pay up front but I never do this because I need to know what I get for my money. What if I refuse the room because is dirty (never happened so far at this hotel) or there is another problem? They have to give the money back and this means lost time. This is the only problem from my side. This was the third time for me at this hotek.

Das Personal ist freundlich und das Hotel sauber. Leider gab es in unserem Zimmer keinen Matrazenschoner und das Bettlacken war für die Matraze zu klein und hatte sich in der Nacht verschoben, sodaß man auf der nackten Matraze aufwachte. Die Zimmer sind mit Teppich ausgelegt, das ist Geschmackssache.... Das Frühstücksbuffett ist reichhaltig und gut.

Ansich ein angenehmes Hotel mit schönen Gartenpavillions zum Frühstück geeignet. Leider ist das Personal spätestens beim Frühstück unterbesetzt oder überfordert. Als ich eine halbe Stunde vor Serviceende frühstücken wollte fand ich nicht einen abgeräumten, sauberen Tisch. Und das für nicht Fleischesser magere Buffet war noch dünner gesäht. Und Scheiblettenkäse finde ich neben der Ökobelastung auch noch schlecht. Das Zimmer war spätestens im Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Fehlende Ablagen im Supegelschrank, unterschiedliche Farbstellen an der Türe, der Kühlschrank kühlte nicht.

Think twice before you stay there...

I had a booking for 2 nights in this hotel,and I'm sorry to say , but my stay there was far from good.It started with the fact that on our arrival we found the gate closed and even after using the bell that we found nobody answered.only after making a phone call to the hotel(by the way the number on the hotels.com site is not corect) somebody came and open the gate.the process of getting the room was fast and fair.but than we got to the room.already in the hall way we discover that the elevator was not working and it remained like for the 3 days that we stay there. when we enter the room there was a strong sewerage smell in the bathroom and in the bedroom also.i hoped that after i will use the shower it will go away but it did not ...and if we start talking about the bathroom that was only the start .when i tried to take a shower I discover that the tab was the wrong way so when you want cold water you have to turn it the other way around.the next surprise came from the fact that the water was going in the opposite direction that we would expect so instead of going on the sewerage all the water went to the room direction...the shower head was to short and you had to stay really close to the wall if you want the water to get on you.and that's only about the bathroom. the air conditioner was making only noise because after 48 hours of continuous using the room was still hot. we were told that we have to leave till 14.00 and then kicked us out at 12.00 with no excuse

Hotel imperial is zeker de moeite,ware het niet dat er op dat ogenblik(of steeds?)problemen met de waterdruk zijn. gevolg:de douche kan amper gebruikt worden. om die reden hebben wij het hotel vroeger verlaten. Een dikke pluim voor de uitbater van dit hotel.Zeer correcte reactie,gaf de problemen toe en maakte geen problemen bij het vertrek,rekende ook maar één nacht aan,bedankt daarvoor!!
