“Room was exceptionally nice and clean. Very roomy. But most of all the managers were the best in the business. I’ve never been anywhere that managed was better. If I’m ever back in the area I will make it a point to stay there again.”

“House keeping did not clean room no clean title 😒 power win out for 8 hours no ac I will be back people party downstairs all night.”

“We had a okay stay love the size of the room! We stayed there for three days and not once did they come and clean it. So we kept having to ask for more towels. Breakfast times were way too early. It would be nice to have breakfast til at least 10:30am for people who are on vacation. Outside of that staff was friendly except one lady at night time she was mad that I needed extra towels. I know bummer huh! But overall the room was very comfortable.”

“There is a very nice area in back of the property with a grass-lined winding path and water features that was a relaxing place to get away for a walk or just a relaxing moment. Excellent housekeeping!”

“Staff was friendly. Pool was clean and kids loved it. Down side bathroom needed an exhaust fan when you took a shower made the floor slippery. When we arrived chemical smell from cleaning was really strong it settled down after awhile. Beds were ok. No sheets for sofa bed had to ask for them. Air conditioning was very loud and sounded like it was going break when shutting off.”

“I know a tornado came through and knocked out the internet, but it wasn't going to be available at all during my stay. The pool was not open, and I was told it had not been for a few years. For a studio, I expected at least some cups, plates, and silverware, and there was none of that. I was not impressed and left the facility earlier than I had reserved.”

“We reserved and paid two nights. Over $650.00. Upon arrival our room was changed to a different area of the property. The room was awful. The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling. The workout gym was full of water and machines covered in mud. The property is run down and felt unsafe. We stayed just two hours and had to……

“Only issue was the smoke alarm in the room went off. The staff took care of it promptly. Nice place to stay.”
