"This is not our first rodeo here. Pack your patience when checking in. While not always the case, and depending on time just expect to wait a little bit to check in. That said, everyone for the 5 times we've stayed has been amazing to deal with. This tims we mentioned it was our sons 5th birthday and thats why we were there. The lovely lady gave him a birthday card and a bag of candy! Way to start an already excitinf weekend for a 5yr old. Last year we were lucky enough to have our room outlook the slopes and the lady tried to get us a room similar. Unfortunately that wasnt the case this time but we ultimately ended up with. Partial view and then full view of the "village core". My son loved the view of the lights this time! Hospitality is amazing. Rooms are clean. Stocked with everything you need to cook.(we cook in the room instead of eating out) we required more pillows and duvet though. No problem. My son really wanted to call himself to ask. I was weary but allowed it with my assistance. The front desk was amazing to my son on the phone and we got the pillows and duvet promptly. Check out is a breeze. Just drop your keys in the box in the parking area and good to go! We love it here and will be back next year same time! Thanks BM "

"Best welcome to a property. The staff are friendly and helpful. Extra shout out to the greeter. He was so friendly. We loved the postcard to send home. Good location. The ski valet did arrive in time for us but it would have been good. Shame it’s only for skis as the walk in ski boots is a bit long. Room is great but the heating system was noisy. Nice kitchen and lovely bathroom. The best bit is the activities included with the stay. You get access to the roller coaster, canopy climb and the snow shoe and skating. Unfortunately a lot was closed due to weather when we stayed but we did get to access the coaster "
