Great place with great staff the amenities need work but they are brand new so I’m sure they will work on. Located near lots of restaurants and all under, Lyft and skip drivers know the place.

The lady that greeted us when we first got there was lovely and helpful, however that night the hotel had no power due to a storm and we had 0 light in our room, no AC obviously, no way to charge our phones, etc. There was also a leak in the bathroom and some water was pooling on the floor. When we informed the guy at the desk in the morning he did not care at all, he just said he will let maintenance know. No apology, no offer for a discount, nothing. Also not friendly at all, did not even say bye to us when we said goodbye lol. Seemed annoyed to have to check us out even. Overall not a great experience. Wet socks from walking in the washroom is not fun.
