“The property location was perfect, and beautiful. Lovely local pub to walk to. The house was nicely decorated and had a homely feel. However the smell of damp dog was overwhelming, which didn’t suit us! Additionally the bedding smelt damp, and the towels of stale smoke. So it was necessary for me to do a couple of loads of washing during our stay. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay, although we do like a quirky cottage and this is definitley that!Decoration and furniture was lovely and the photos are accurate. It is quite dark inside but with lighting this wasn't an issue for us.There are some crazy sloping ceiling upstairs. The most severe we have come across, which would probably cause issues for some. I managed not to bang my head though but you really do have to take care.Lots of steps too inside and outside. The outside ones would cause……

“Great house, with everything you could need each bedroom has en suite. Kitchen is very well equipped, we had private chef to cook meal for us and although kitchen was small he managed a 3 course meal for 10 of us!Great little pub 5 mins walk away.Our only problem was no hot water and heating this morning, but someone came to sort for us.Would definitely recommend.”

“We booked babbling Brooke for a family break 4 adults and 2 children.Henry greeted us in arrival and was so helpful and lovely. He showed us round and explained how to use the hot tub. We were also left a little welcome pack of goodies. The barn it's self is outstanding, beautifully decorated and furnished. The woodfire hottub is lovely. If your looking for a peaceful break this is just perfect.We can't wait to go back”

“That was the best house we've never rent since we started to travel to UK since 13 years, it makes from our journay a very good experience. The house is well equiped and wormed.
