This hotel was booked for a fun weekend with the family, but using the room's facilities was not fun at all. The shower was filthy, and there were hairs in the towels. The TV clothes cabinet reeked of humidity. Despite all the negatives, the hotel staff's service was stunning, and even, out of this world. The staff were always concerned for our wellbeing and made sure we were having a good time.

The convenience to the space center was great and the staff operating breakfast was fantastic! However in the room some of the linens were dirty and the shower water did not get warm.

This is a real value. Clean with an on premises restaurant and a free breakfast in a separate area. May not be a 5 star, but it is a very practical place to stay

I paid extra to have two king rooms and upon arrival, they did not have two king rooms set aside for me. The girl at the front desk did nothing to resolve this issue. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes, must and mold even though the room looks clean. We still felt the need to do a bed bug check and re-clean surfaces. Of all the best westerns i stayed in this was probably the worst.

This was obviously an old facility. Furniture was old, room had an old and musty smell, shower has no shower gel or shampoo in dispenser. Breakfast was good Would not recommend this hotel

As for the soap and dispensers, I will surely share that oversight with our housekeeping team. Sometimes the gel sticks in the tubes and needs a firm hand to push the dispensers. The hotel was okay for the price. It is hotel where a lot of workers stay so they have equipment and grills and boats in the parking area. no shower curtain in the bathroom which caused water all over. The Breakfast area was cramped.

The photo shows a nice hotel. It is not. It is nothing like the photo.The rooms are not connected to the check in area and there are no elevators. Handicapped folks have no way to get to second floor. The breakfast area is located in a third building and is so small that a handicapped person can not get in to eat. Many folks would open the door and turn around and leave. This hotel is a one star at best. Those is the second worst hotel I have stayed in since 1972 and I’ve traveled all over the world in my work and and family travel's. No longer will stay at a Best Western property.

Paid extra money for a king bed and we got 1 full sized bed. Room smelled terrible and the walls were so paper thin we could hear everything the neighboring room was saying and doing. Folks were playing very, very loud music as well. We left almost as soon as we arrived. We do not recommend this hotel.

Heater did not work so we had to change rooms. Shower knob was almost impossible to pull out and the shampoo dispenser either was out of shampoo or more likely broken.

The pictures do not represent the hotel well. The room smelled. We asked for another one it also smelled damp and musty. They offered another room but by that time my family was disgusted. We asked for a refund and they denied it. The front desk employee was helpful but took a 20 minute break and I wa outside waiting to discuss the room. When I said the room was really smelly and not very clean he said “didn’t you look at the online pictures”. So they are aware of this hotel being sub par.

Our stay at Best Western Space Shuttle Inn Titusville, Florida was ok for a night stay, and I don't recommend it for anything more than that. My child mentioned that shower handle was tight and was not easy for a 11yr child to open and close. With some struggle, all of us had shower before starting our day. Room size is small to moderate. We were family of 4, and it was kind of a tight for us. Wish we had 50SqFt more than we stayed.

Did it meet basic needs and work? Yes. Would I pick staying here again? No. The check in process was easy. The front desk ladies were kind and got us in quickly given the late time. We had gotten here far later than planned and both my kids were asleep and beyond ready for bed. Basically, I got them in, cleaned up and just put them in bed. I immediately was not a fan when I discovered our room was on the far backside and we had to drive around to the back of one building. The room provides basic necessities and works but is not great. We are on a long road trip and had left a Fairfield Inn in NC the same day. It was far nicer and less expensive than this hotel. I did not feel the safest as there are many people walking/loitering around outside, loudly talking on their phones, living in the hotel rooms. The room was clean enough but has a lingering musty/cigarette smell (due to people outside smoking). Outside smells of alcohol, cigarette smoke, and marijuana. The beds only have one pillow per person. The sheets are scratchy and walking barefoot on the floor made my feet dirty and black. I'm not familiar with the area and the reviews were pretty mixed. I figured being a Best Western chain I had hoped for better as I've stayed in nice, well cared for BW rooms before. I went with price and convenience but doing this over, Id pick something nicer and pay the extra money. It was a long day so we just all needed sleep. I am thankful we only are staying one night. Go elsewhere.
