Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. The property is heated by a state of the art Air Source Heat Pump which, coupled with highly insulating traditional cob construction, minimises its carbon footprint. I'd say it's probably a stretch to say that it sleeps 6 - the 2nd bedroom is small and the sofa bed is fairly good but more than 4 people is definitely a stretch!
