Very cute cottage that was recently remodeled. We liked: the location, nicely decorated, kitchen with coffee pot, oven and fridge, the passes to Waterford Beach, the rec room, Responsive staff, the outdoor area with swing sets, picnic bench, huge yard. Although cottage #22 has 2 bedrooms, I would not recommend this unit for 2 adults and teens, it is too small. Warning - the hot water takes time to heat up. The cottage has a small air condition unit is in the kitchen only so the bedrooms were hot. We could have opened the windows, but there were no screens on the bedroom windows and the front door screen had holes in it. My only other complaint was that the bathroom sink: the faucet was too large for the sink, so water sprayed everywhere.

Can't beat the location. Get an ocean view room and you have it all!! Nice location. Walk to several restaurants.

Clean, basic room; good appliances; friendly, helpful staff; on-site parking; fabulous ocean views with lots of boat activity. Prettier than the website pictures. Small bathroom—no counter space—but with fabulous shower head. Thin-ish walls. Location is 5-minute walk to ferry, diversity of restaurants, & unique shops.

Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise out for the day. Loved the digital building and door keys. Easy parking. The entire building space is quite unique and stylish.

Very nice hotel but you definitely needed a car to get around from the hotel.
