Worst hotel stay ever. Power went out daily. Elevator did not work, there was no central heat in room. Had to rent a safe workplace outside of the hotel just to have reliable internet. And worse, after notifying personnel I was contacted by the hotel manager, Mr Perez, but he never replied to my email message outlining the mishaps. Definitely would not recommend.

Property was close to shopping and dining and close to an event we were attending. Rooms are dated and need upgrading. We were also charged for extra packets of coffee and bottles of water even when coffee maker in our room malfunctioned and ruined one packet of coffee

I usually stay at the one near México International Airport but had to stay at this one. I like that there is a mall right infront of it. Starbucks, Chili's and other food chains at convenient distance. Staff was friendly, rooms are a little outdated not a luxurious hotel. Only complaint I had was that I booked a room with a King bed and got a room with double beds. The price was higher once I got there. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here. The staff is always helpful and attentitive to our needs. It is in a plaza, so there os so many things there. A perk for us is there is a Walmart in the plaza. We cam easily get to the bus which takes us to a train for downtown. The pool is nice also. We will continue to stay on this property when we return. My family and I would highly recommend Fiesta Inn to anyone.

This is an old hotel that has not been well maintained. The thermostat did not control the air-conditioning, you either froze or fried. Poor water pressure, it could hardly hold the valve to push the water out the shower head.
